Auction Details
• Auctions are held on the second Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

• To reserve seats, please call the office at 936-295-4483 and follow the voicemail instructions. Seat reservations are optional, except during the summer months when they are required.

• Consignment lists will be posted as they are received. Sometimes this is the week prior, other times the week of the auction. Lists are updated until Thursday evening (the day before the auction).

• Please note: many animals arrive Friday morning without prior notice and may not appear on the consignment list or be advertised.
Consignments

• It is never too early to consign your animals.

• Consignment lists are posted on our website and Facebook page, and shared across more than 50 additional Facebook groups.

• For 2026, anyone consigning animals will receive two complimentary seats for that auction.

• Remember: advertising your animals is always beneficial!

Equine Update
We are pleased to announce that recent restrictions have been lifted, and we are now able to accept all types of equine. Please note:
• A current Coggins test is required for all equines brought to auction.
• Zebras originating from Texas are exempt; however, those crossing state lines must have a valid Coggins.
• For more information on Coggins requirements and other state-mandated tests or licenses (e.g., bird license, Premise ID, movement papers), please visit the Texas Animal Health Commission. Links are available on our website.

Facility Notice
The catwalk is now closed to the public. While we regret this change, repeated issues with rule violations and limited staffing made it necessary. Additionally, most animals are housed on the north side of the barn, out of view from the catwalk. Animals can be seen only when they enter the auction ring or through photos (when available) on the consignment list.

We appreciate you're understanding and look forward to seeing you at our upcoming auctions.
Warm regards,
Kelli
